Mark Chandler is a 30 year veteran of the wine business and currently consults in wine marketing and association management. He has been a winemaker, marketer, general manager and CEO. He is well known for his 20 years at the helm of the Lodi Winegrape Commission, a time during which Lodi was transformed from an anonymous winegrape region to one the most vibrant, innovative and rapidly growing appellations in North America.
Mark is a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) by the Society of Wine Educators, of which he is past president. For his industry leadership he has received many accolades, including being named Wine Professional of the Year by Sunset Magazine, and ranked among the Top 100 Most Influential People in US Wine by INTOWINE.com. Mark and his wife Jan farm 100 acres of vines in the Lodi appellation.
