A qualified Oenologist, I have been studying and working in the wine industry for almost 20 years.
Degree in Food Science at University of Turin (Italy), with a specialization in Oenology and Viticulture. Master in Management and Marketing of the wine industries at the University of Florence (Italy).
My versatility together with my passion and curiosity for wine, gave me the opportunity to work and gain important experiences in Italy and UK: sommelier, wine sale rep., winemaker, consultant winemaker, and wine educator.
Cofounder and director of Dago Wines Ltd, I am also member of the panel judging for the recognition of the DOC Montepulciano and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo wines at the Chamber of Commerce of Chieti (Italy).
