Sean Tennyson


After several years as an artisan baker, Sean found himself in Australia where he worked with wine for the first time. In 2010 Sean returned to the UK in order to study a degree in Wine Business at Plumpton College. Now in his final year, he has also completed the WSET level 4 Diploma. Sean has a keen interest in fortified and sparkling wines in particular and is a judge for the annual Effervescents du Monde in Dijon.

In 2013 he was awarded the IWSC Peter & Penelope Duff Memorial Trophy for the top-performing Associate Judge of 2013.
