	Dr Jim Beveridge has over 25 years experience in the Scotch Whisky industry, covering the science and technolgy of new-make production, maturation and blending within Diageo. He is at present working for Diageo Global Supply as a Technical Specialist,providing expert support to product and process innovation,marketing initiatives and worldwide mentoring programmes.
