A winemaker for over 25 years, Keith is currently the VP, Winemaking for Vincor International, Canada’s most award-winning wine company. He has made wine all over the world, including three years in England at Denbies Wine Estate in Surrey, where he won the trophy for Best English Wine at the 1996 International Wine & Spirit Competition. He was also awarded the IWSC’s inaugural trophy for Best Australian Wine Producer in 1999 whilst he was Senior Winemaker at Goundrey’s in Western Australia.
Keith has extensive judging experience, both in Australia and internationally, and was previously a judge for the IWSC during his time at Denbies. He has been a member of the United Kingdom Wine Quality Board and is currently a professional member of the Australian Society of Viticulture and Oenology as well as a board member of the Vintners Quality Alliance Board of Ontario. He moved to Canada from Australia in May 2008 and he and his wife Lin are living in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario, which is also home to two of Vincor’s best known wineries, Inniskillin and Jackson-Triggs.
