Laura graduated in and then spent several years gaining the qualifications needed to progress in a hospital career. She was appointed as a Consultant in Orthodontics in 1992. Much of her current work is providing braces for children with a cleft lip and/or palate. In addition, any "spare time" is used up being the author of 2 textbooks.
She realized a few years ago, that work had taken over and decided to take up a new interest. An evening class in Wine then led to the WSET qualifications culminating in the Diploma which she successfully completed in 2009. |
