As independent Architect (UK/USA), Engineer (USA) and Master of Wine (UK) is responsible for project management for two winery projects: Kent, UK, and Côtes du Ventoux, Provence, France, reporting to the respective Boards. Developing strategic and facility business models, construction budgets and long-term financial plans for operations and maintenance, briefing local architects and engineers through to technical issues, materials selection and co-ordination on-site. Developing programmes for education/tours, catering and wine experience strategies and international marketing for the brands. |
