Together with my Brother I operate a small distillery in Austria. Distilling for me is only a sideline but I try to catch the whole flavour of the Fruit into the bottle. Besides the fruit spirits we also handle some roots and grain. The knowledge about spirit tasting is one of the columns to produce high quality spirits so I push this job since many years.
