Matias Chiesa

Matias is one a of the young leading talents on Argentinian wine industry. He is cook and sommelier, and is finishing the WSET Diploma. Matias started as a cook, and continued his career as sommelier assistant in many restaurants. He is know the executive sommelier of Restò, a tiny bistro placed in Buenos Aires where he makes a little selection of the very best Argentinian and Chilean wines. He also helps Wines of Argentina as a technical adviser; is involved in wine education; writes as independent for some publications; makes wine brokerage and do consultancy with new wine regions.
