Limpid white gold in colour with splashes of gold. A sprinkle of freshly ground coriander seed adds a piquant scent to this crème patissière nose. There is some development but this dances in the mouth with a gracious and dainty foot. All in very svelte balance, creamy mousse and wonderfully attractive length, driven by a firm pinot backbone. |
