Pale yellow. Nose is a delightful mix of gooseberry, grapefruit and capsicum. Elegant and lively in the mouth with brisk, fresh acidity. Sleek across the palate with freshness all the way. Some asparagus and lime broaden the complexity and lead into decidedly dry finish. Delightful now and has the make-up to develop over another year or two. |
