Straw yellow in colour, glowing and bright. Rye toast and grated lime zest entice on the nose. A bright acid clench in the mouth brings saliva racing and seriously encourages the apetite, the flavours are pure and extraordinarily dense for such a light wine, surprising again with its long, lingering finish. Why is it the Hunter can produce such exceptionally individual wines from Semillon that cannot by copied anywhere in the world? |
