 Very dark, deep red. The bouquet is utter magic, the oak perfectly integrated and balanced by ripe dark berry fruit laced with smokey tones, sage and liquorice. Meaty, almost gamey on first palate, then releasing pepper, cinnamon and cloves on the finish. The flavour is lavish, utter perfection, and there is more to come. A desert Island choice, without a doubt.
