Pale green gold. Incredibly fine, persistent and very active bead. Firm, lasting crown. Yeast complexity on the nose with hints of peach, cashew and some citrus. Some toasty nuances from time on the lees. Creamy, buttery mousse with deep flavours. Beautiful balance of intensity of character and delicacy of aromas and flavours. Long lingering finish. Perfect aperitif or with food. Serious alternative to Champagne. |
