Straw golden colour. Beautiful evolution here, wafts of lemon butter, honey, baked pastry and sweet herbs. The mouthfeel has a generous waxy intensity shot through with sparkling acidity. Long and fine minerality on the finish. Entering its prime now but will last for a long time yet. |
