Pale gold. Fairly pungent nose with green olive, green pepper and smoky char. Hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Slight herby backing. Full mouth with slight sweetness with honey and caramel flavours. Deep mouth with hint of green grass joining the olive, pepper and char. Citrus notes appear in the zesty yet controlled finish. |
