	The Black Grouse		Pale gold. Big, bold nose with honeycomb, oak and hints of vanilla. Lovely trace of smoky peat floating in the background. Chewy mouthful with flavours of sweet malt and vibrant grain. Vanilla and liquorice add to the complexity while a surge of honey notes add to the richness. Soft in the mouth yet firm finish. 	Grant's Family Reserve		Very attractive nose with toffee apple, peat, malt with fruity and floral notes. Super combination in the mouth of sweet oak, fresh barley, hints of barley sugar.
