Bruno Broger was influenced by distilling from a very young age by his previous two generations, who already distilled regional fruit. It is a passion of his to always keep challenging himself and trying new things, which is why his assortment already included various fruits, roots and herbs. In the 1990s, the first fruit spirit was cask stored, and about 10 years ago Broger also began distilling grain. His many years of experience and expert knowledge of distilling give him a perfect base to taste and analyse a wide spectrum of different spirits.
