Ivan Abrahamsen is a graduate master of Food Science. He worked a few years with research on food before he started in the liquor industry.
Food and drink has always been one of Ivan's great interests. Insight into the science and technology of how ingredients and processes affect the sensory properties of a product, has evolved into a passion for spirits.
Ivan has 14 years of experience in the development, distillation and blending of spirits. Through his previous roles as R&D director and Master Blender for Arcus, he has been responsible for the development and blending of products within many categories, such as aquavit, whisky, cognac, vodka, bitters, gin and liqueurs.
