" Pale straw gold colour. Lemon cake with drizzled lime, biscuit and fresh hay. The perceived acidity has softened somewhat and the richer curd/biscuit/cake flavours are quite pronounced. The lovely mouthfeel is slightly waxy. The finish is now long and probably this wine is still only in mid stage of development. A true Hunter gem. "
