How to Enter

   

You can enter the competition in the following ways:

1. Online
Entering online is the quickest and easiest way to submit your entries into the competition. Online entries will not be deemed as completed unless accompanied by full payment through one of the approved payment methods.
 
2. Fax
By completing the Wine Entry Form or Spirit Entry Form and faxing to IWSC at fax number +44 (0)1483 548 826
 
3. Post
By completing the Wine Entry Form or Spirit Entry Form and posting to:

ENTRY FEE £130 (per entry)

(plus VAT subject to the following conditions)
 
Companies within the UK
Please include UK VAT at 20%

 

Companies outside of UK with an EU VAT number
Do not include UK VAT with your entry
Your entry is subject to the reverse charge mechanism
 
Companies outside of EU
Do not include UK VAT with your entry

 

HOW TO PAY

You can pay your Entry Fee in one of the following ways:
1. Credit Card
2. Cheque or bank draft made payable to IWSC Limited
3. Bank Transfer
Entry payments by bank transfer should be for the Entry Fee plus ALL bank charges applying to the transaction

ENTRY FORM CHECK LIST – MAKE SURE YOU HAVE:

    Submitted the Completed Entry Form (by post, fax or online)
    Enclosed a copy of your entry form with your samples
    Arranged payment (credit card, cheque or bank transfer)
    Included your company name and address under sender
    Shipped four samples of your product to the IWSC cellars
