Spirits Kiosk sees sales skyrocket

As well as a number of brands being awarded a new listing, Spirits Kiosk has seen an impressive growth in sales of IWSC medal winning spirits.

The IWSC is proud of its continuous partnership with the specialist e-commerce platform, Spirits Kiosk, providing an opportunity for medal winning spirits to gain a listing on the online shop for discerning drinkers.

As well as a number of brands being awarded a listing on the site, Spirits Kiosk has seen sales rocket since the addition of IWSC medal logos across its site.

In March, sales of medal-winning spirits grew by 30%, followed by an increase of 48% in April and in May sales were up 36% vs the previous year.

The IWSC medal winners from Spirits Kiosk’s Tequila and Mezcal category were the real success story, recording an 80% uplift in sales.

“We are delighted with the performance of the medal-winning spirits on our site, all medals in all categories have had a direct positive impact on sales” commented the Buying Team at Spirits Kiosk.

As Enotria & Coe’s B2C outlet, Spirits Kiosk has its finger on the pulse when it comes to sourcing vibrant spirits with a strong focus on curation, helping the company to list brands that also become available to their B2B customers and creates an opportunity for those brands to go on to achieve success in UK’s on-trade market.

New medal winning listings

More than a dozen medal winning brands have already been onboarded to Spirits Kiosk’s online shop, including Scotch whiskies The Balvenie Portwood 21 Year Old, and 16 Year Old Pineau Cask, Glenfiddich’s Grand Cru 23 Year Old and Black Bottle Blended Whisky as well as its 10 Year Old Whisky. Gins from Height of Arrows and Bone Idyll have also been listed as well as Bone Idyll’s Rum.

The range of rums from Edinburgh’s Holyrood Distillery have recently joined Spirits Kiosk’s range, as has Don Fulano’s Tequila Range and Kavalan’s Solist Fino/PX Sherry Cask Whisky. Launching soon includes medal winners from JG Thompson and Courageous Spirits as well as Trevethan Gin and Falmouth Distilling and in the discussion phase, Spirits Kiosk is currently talking with Sober Spirits, Bosque Gin, Great Drams and North Point Distillery.

Working together

Thanks to our continuous partnership with Spirits Kiosk, part of Enotria & Coe, our winners get unique route-to-market opportunities.

Starting from 2024, all our medal-winning spirits producers who have no pre-existing trading relationship with Enotria & Coe, will have an opportunity to discuss listings both on Spirits Kiosk and to the trade.
