Low & no alcohol drinks

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The IWSC is the largest awards for low and no alcohol drinks

The IWSC’s Low & No Awards is its biggest recent success story with entries growing year on year since the Award's establishment in 2019.

IWSC - global drinks community

Reflecting the industry category and award entry growth, in 2023 the IWSC created two low/no producer trophies. Recognising medal performance and brand commitment to the industry, by awarding a Low/No Wine Producer Trophy and a Low/No Spirits Producer Trophy, sponsored by BevZero.

Keeping our community up-to-date with the latest happenings in the low/no category is key. We took a deep dive into the current market in the IWSC’s Low/No Insight Report.

Mixer add-on awards

“There has been real progress made in the low alcohol space over the past couple of years. It is very clear that producers are putting some serious time, effort, and innovation into increasing quality.
“The judges tasted the full spectrum of low alcohol drinks, from beer to wine through to the spirits and what has been great to see is how very good some of the alternatives to what we consider traditional alcoholic beverages are, and for those created to be a substitute, how difficult it would be to tell the difference between some of them.”
