From joining Diageo in 2008, she has been instrumental in crafting innovative blends like the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami, Johnnie Walker Black Ruby and the Johnnie Walker Vault innovations. Emma brings extensive experience and expertise to her role (with no familial relation to the Walkers!). Leading a 12-strong team, she aims to maintain Johnnie Walker's renowned quality while introducing blends to for a new generation of Scotch enthusiasts.
