Siobhan Feeley - Distiller Siobhan Feeley is a distiller at 58 and Co, a sustainable, female founded distillery based in East London. She is the mind behind the creation of their ‘British Bianco Vermouth’ which uses surplus wine from Laylo as its base and was named as one of the spirits businesses ‘top 50 innovative Launches’ 2023. She oversees the daily running of the distillery and all R&D projects.
