Tasting Note
" Everything indicates a calvados of great age and super character. Slow moving floral backing with dark rose, some jasmine and apple blossom. Then cooked apples, some bread and chocolate. Hint of molasses and touch of liquorice. The old oak melts into the mouth. Long finish is filled with baked apples with cloves and prune. All in mature and mellow frame. "
