A lawyer and linguist by training, Matthew Forster MW started his wine career with Berry Bros. & Rudd (https://www.bbr.com/) in 2008. He went on to join the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (https://www.wsetglobal.com/) where he headed up the exam board responsible for the design, delivery and award of WSET qualifications in wines, spirits and sake globally. Matthew founded The Wine Partnership (https://www.thewinepartnership.com) in 2021 and currently advises corporates and charities in the education sector on qualification development and assessment best practice. He specialises in the wines of Spain and Portugal, with fortified wines a particular area of interest.
