Sara Jane Eichler is a drinks and Hospitality consultant, writer and active commentator with over 40 years experience in hospitality and on-trade. Sara Jane was the driving force behind The Oliver Conquest one of the original gin bars in London that promoted and showcased the virtues of the juniper spirit long before the current gin renaissance and founded Negroni Club UK. Sara Jane is passionate about sharing her love and knowledge of spirits, fortified wines, Amaro, liqueurs and cocktails and Judges these categories for several International competitions.
