With over 20 years in the bar industry and the best part of two decades working for premium spirit brands, Tom has promoted and lead educational events on every major spirit category. He was the first person in the UK to achieve a WSET Level 3 Spirits Distinction, and spends most of his time reading, studying, tasting and visiting as many producers producers as he can all over the world. Although he has a passion for all categories, his main love is Mexico's traditionally produced spirits, and has spent extensive time travelling around the tequila, mezcal, raicilla and sotol regions, visiting producers and tasting some of the best spirits in the world.
