Oliver is a sake specialist, shōchū advisor and Director of award-winning Tengu Sake. Tengu Sake (IWC ‘Sake Specialist of the Year’ award 2016 – 2019, 2022, 2024 & 2025) specialises in bringing premium quality Japanese sake and spirits to the UK market. Oliver is Membership Director for the British Sake Association and leads talks, tastings and food pairings through the UK. In November 2019 Oliver was named as one of the ‘Future 50’ drinks industry professionals to watch. He also judges both sake and spirits for various international competitions.
