Millie Milliken is a spirits and cocktail writer with 15 years experience in F&B publishing. She writes for publications such as The Standard, Club Oenologique, Decanter and World of Fine Spirits, and recently published her first book 'Tequila: A Tasting Course'. She is also head of content for non-profit organisation the OurWhisky Foundation, and is a patron of The Drinks Trust. She was awarded the IWSC Spirits Communicator of the Year and Spirits Business Alan Lodge awards in 2022, and is a Keeper of the Quaich.
