Shannon is the Director of Mixology for the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. She came to Las Vegas after a tenure in London serving as the Beverage Director for the Outernet Live Venues and the head bartender position at the Savoy Hotel. She previously spent over 10 years in the hospitality scene in NYC where she established herself as a cocktail tastemaker. A pastry chef turned bartender and master of all things mixology, Shannon is a member of the IWSC’s Spirits Judging Committee and leads the judging for our Mixer Awards.
