Ex Head Sommelier in a few Michelin starred restaurants like Chez Bruce, The Glasshouse, The Man Behind The Curtain and Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall turned ambassador for a wines made by families from little known countries, regions and grape varieties that can help you discover flavours you have never experienced before.
Working not only with so many 1, 2 and 3 Michelin starred restaurants and 5 star hotels but also many neighbourhood restaurants, wine shops and wine bars I'm trying to bring to the UK simply the best value for money wines. It's always been my core principle as a sommelier too!
