" A brooding blend of bramble, dark cherry and red liquorice leads to ripe, plump black fruits layered with charcuterie and a taut blackberry acidity. The palate is savoury and intense, with smoky meat, dried herbs, and firm chalky tannins, culminating in a long, peppery finish. "
