" Pale gold hue with tight bubbles and a persistent cordon. Bouquet is youthful, light and delicate, with white fruit and chalky accent. Fresh yeast underlay. The wine is lovely, lemony and lively with concentrated fruit on the middle and back palate, and a touch of Thai spices, white pepper and brioche adding interest. Creamy-textured and lingering. Extremely inviting. "
