" Pale lemon-green hue with persistent streams of very small bubbles and tight cordon. Aromas are maturing with baked apple, lime accented by toasted nuts with a fresh yeast nuance. The palate, supported by lively acidity, shows lovely flavour definition, round mid-palate and creamy mousse texture. Harmoniously balanced with elegance and length. Glorious wine ! "
