Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden, Andreas's fascination with the art of wine began at a young age, inspired by the convivial gatherings around his family's dinner table. His journey into the world of hospitality led him to iconic venues in London, including Flemings Mayfair Hotel and The Westbury Mayfair, where he honed his skills as a sommelier and wine director.


Throughout his career, Andreas has curated exceptional wine experiences, blending his deep knowledge of terroir and varietals with a keen understanding of culinary pairings. His leadership roles, including Food & Beverage Manager at Whatley Manor Hotel, have allowed him to craft unforgettable dining experiences that delight the senses and elevate the guest experience.


Now, as he embarks on a new chapter as Head Sommelier at Grantley Hall, Andreas brings his passion for wine and hospitality to a new audience. With his expertise and dedication, he is poised to enrich the dining experience, creating moments of joy and connection through the art of wine.
