" Fascinating mix of herbs on the nose where anise stands out but the mingle is too complex to differentiate any others. The perfect louche gives an immediate opaque greenish tinged liquid. The dilution releases an explosion of Mediterranean herbs where anise is to the fore. Delicious in the mouth with smooth, full flow into complex and very pleasing finish. Sure generated the appetite! "
