Andreas Rosendal is restaurant director at Whatley Manor Hotel, where he is responsible for the hotel’s two Michelin-starred restaurant, as well as Grey’s Brasserie and the recently launched Green Room.

His past experience includes three years as wine director for Veladail Hotels, as well as working as assistant head sommelier at Restaurant Sat Bains and The Greenhouse Restaurant in Mayfair, both holding two Michelin stars.
