Valentine is multilingual, speaking 3 languages fluently, familiar with another, and learning a fifth. He is the same with jobs, very passionate and dedicated to everything he does.
Valentin has 12 years of experience in restaurants working in various countries: Wales, England, Spain, Dubai and also on cruise ships. Valentin has worked for: Purnell's in Birmingham, Burj-Al-Arab in Dubai (Al Muntaha restaurant), Dinner by Heston Blumenthal London, and Gymkhana in London as well. He has attended several wine schools: WSET Diploma UK, Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommelier UK.
As a past winner of Sud the France Wine Competition in the UK, and Chile wine Bar war. He has gained a great expertise in Languedoc-Roussillon wines, Chile, South Africa, Portugal, Austria.
His current job as a wine consultant, has enabled him to put his great expertise and experince to use in a variety of backgrounds in and out of the hospitatlity industry.
