With experience in the wine industry for almost 30 years, starting in his native Zimbabwe as a cellar hand at Mukuyu winery, Gregory has been key in augmenting the sommelier culture in South Africa.
His past sommelier roles includes amongst others; 12 years at the 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa. Today he is the Head Sommelier at the prestigious Rust en Vrede restaurant.
A local and international wine judge.
Holder of UCT GBS wine business management course and trained by various institutions including the Court of Master Sommeliers and Cape Wine Academy et al.
