" Pale lemon yellow with green flashes. Nice show of fine bubbles in the glass. The nose is very summery, sweet hay, apple skin, lemon citrus and bread crust. Fresh, dry and well presented in the mouth, the citrus/apple notes dominate the flavours the autolysis is perfectly in keeping with the style of a very good Cava. "
