" Pale gold with bright reflections. Nose is dominated by ripe apple yet with a strong oak support. Well rounded mouth offers a deep concentration of ripe apple with baked and caramelised apple. In the mouth the oak is more restrained but doing a great supporting job. Considerably complex with long, apple filled finish. "
