Kelly Stevenson joined British Airways as an undergraduate, taking on a role in catering operations supporting airline’s wine programme. In 2017, she became the airline’s global wine and beverage manager, and until recently was responsible for managing the beverage portfolio and wine programme at BA.
Within just two and a half years, Stevenson graduated with her WSET Diploma in Wines and Spirits. She is also on the Cicerone beer programme, and was recently granted a scholarship from aviation board IFSA to continue in wine education.
Earlier this year, Stevenson set up her own business, JetVine Ltd, to broaden her scope and specialise in travel and the drinks trade. She supports consults to brands on media, marketing & PR, defines award entries, and presents tastings and wine education sessions for private and corporate clients.
