Rachael Pogmore brings a wealth of expertise to her role as wine buyer at Enotria. With 10 years’ experience under her belt across various areas of the industry including buying for one of the top 4 multiple retailers, heading up the wine category for Amber Beverage Group, and more recently head of sourcing across 12 markets for the e-commerce app Vivino, Rachael is now working alongside a passionate buying team dedicated to advancing Enotria's distinguished wine portfolio.

In her role, Rachael oversees the commercial wine proposition, as well as specialising in the Americas – buying from Argentina, Chile, USA, Canada and everything in-between. Whilst managing around 100 own-label SKUs presents its own unique opportunities and challenges, her heart lies in exploring diverse terroirs and varietals, alongside a deep-seated passion for delving into history and sharing influencial stories. Enotria are also looking to expand their wine range within emerging regions, and Rachael’s particular areas of interest are Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, and Croatia. 

Rachael is passionate in her relentless pursuit to showcase hidden gems, alongside seeking value for money through quality and innovation to inspire the British public with their wine choices.
