develop the Baijiu sections of the WSET Level 3 in
Spirits certification.
Zhong was named as one of the future influencers
of the global drinks industry in the IWSC and WSET
Future 50 awards in 2019. He hopes to become the
bridge between Chinese Baijiu and the rest of world
